We believe that art owns the potential to unite people. ODA aims to be the place where creativity knows no bounds and art becomes a universal language of connection and community. As for us art can change and enrich people’s lives, inspire their minds and pave the way for unique perspectives.

The studio is open to everyone: artists and art enthusiasts of all backgrounds who are looking for a place to let their creativity flourish, where they are free to exchange ideas without any prejudice. Art comes in many forms. We celebrate the entire universe of creative expression.

Our studio encourages every artist to explore various methods, from traditional painting and sculpture to digital art, performance art, installations and more.

We believe that diversity in artistic expression enhances our understanding of the world.

Our courses

A monthly program of courses for all levels, designed to discover or deepen your knowledge about the world of ceramics and other. Accompanied by different artists, every month you’ll be given the opportunity to express your creativity and explore new artistic disciplines such as embroidery or freehand drawing and many more.

Dynamic and fun get-togethers, occupying a few hours of your day differently, learning something new and passing your free time in a pleasant way. A constantly updated calendar offering 2 to 3 hour meetings to intrigue and delight your creative soul.

Do you already know how to craft ceramics and are you looking for a space to practice and create your own pieces? ODA is the right place for you: your are welcome to drop in and work freely every day from 2 to 5 pm.

You can use all the materials we have in the shop as well as the oven to fire your artworks.

Choose between a single or a multiple access pass of 10, we are looking forward to having you with us!

The Space

One room, a thousand possibilities. A room that transforms, welcomes, becomes alive through voices and colors. A room being a refuge from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A place where you can be yourself, where you can connect to yourself through art and where you are free to express your creativity without prejudice or stereotypes. ODA is a room, but much more. It’s a project that promotes art as a form of expression, leisure and healing. Located in via Malpighi, within the heart of the vibrant Porta Venezia district, ODA aims to bring color to the city of Milan. A hybrid between a neighborhood shop and an international, multilingual reality.

Ece Iyigun

A creative soul in constant ferment. Born in Turkey, she studied at the Parsons School of Design in New York, where she remained until 2007 working in a creative agency. After relocating to Italy, she starts teaching Print Making at the Boston University in Venice before moving to Milan in 2018 and founding Beebee Lab, a children’s workspace specializing in process art. ODA is the answer to her daily need for art, color and beauty.
